Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seven Deuce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Seven Deuce is a web-based application designed to help users organize and manage private, social poker games among friends. The Service provides features including:

• Game scheduling and calendar management
• RSVP tracking and waitlist management
• Player statistics and session tracking
• Group management and communication tools
• Chip counting and game utilities

IMPORTANT: Seven Deuce is for tracking private, social poker games only. No real money gambling transactions occur through the Service. Seven Deuce is not a gambling platform, casino, or online poker room.

Acceptable Use

You May:

• Organize private poker games with friends and acquaintances
• Track game statistics and player performance
• Communicate with other players through the Service
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes

You May NOT:

• Use the Service for commercial poker operations or gambling businesses
• Process real money gambling transactions through the Service
• Violate any local, state, or federal gambling laws
• Share another user's personal information without consent
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Use bots or automated tools without permission
• Scrape or extract data from the Service

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Seven Deuce. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person, one account (no account sharing)

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Seven Deuce (game details, chat messages, photos, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Content Standards

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Containing personal information of others without consent
• Spam or commercial solicitation

No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

Service Provided "As-Is"

Seven Deuce is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Accurate or complete
• Free of viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seven Deuce and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Disputes between users regarding poker games or payments
• Any issues arising from your poker games (we're just the organizer tool)

Important: Seven Deuce is not responsible for disputes, losses, or conflicts that occur in your actual poker games. We provide organizational tools only.

Termination

Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, most of your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or harass other users
• Use the Service in ways that harm Seven Deuce or other users

We will provide notice when reasonably possible, but reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts for serious violations.

Intellectual Property

Seven Deuce, including its code, design, logos, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Use our name, logo, or branding without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Payment Terms (If Applicable)

If you choose to purchase a premium subscription or features:

• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• You can cancel anytime (no pro-rated refunds)
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seven Deuce and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Seven Deuce after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
